Prompt Professional Precise!!! My sump pump stopped during a flash flood storm and my basement was taking on water like the Titanic. Michigan Fire Restoration came and explained what needed to be done. True to their word they came promptly and began moving furniture to remove the carpet padding and water. It was a horrible ordeal but I am grateful for Michigan Fire Restoration for a job well done. Thank you Michael and your team. read less

Mike was quick to respond when we had water damage in our lower level. A full team came right out and got to work finding and repairing the problem, moving everything out of the water-logged area, pulling up the carpet and taking out the wet pad, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. They came back later and put everything back together including restoring insulation, drywall, carpet and paint. They worked diligently and you would never know that we had had a problem. It was an expensive process, and we have no way of comparing their price to anyone else s, but the work had to be done quickly and they came through for us. read less

Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly.
